Your contribution to something big:

  • Support administrative processes for Bosch HR partners in Portugal
  • Support in the complete and timely maintain data into SAP. Data and employee lifecycle and event management related to employees (from onboarding to termination)
  • Maintenance and control of personnel documentation (electronically)
  • Preparation of reports
  • Contact with external entities (e.g. Social Security)
  • Internal control processes
  • Participation in international projects for the development of HR processes and systems
  • Responsibility for some of Bosch's HR IT Systems
  • Contribute to achieve team and department's goals and targets

Qualifications:
What distinguishes you:

  • High School graduation, Human Resources Degree or other relevant area would be a plus
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Good IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
  • Good organizational skills
  • Team spirit and high sense of customer orientation
