About the job:

  • Lead the team to define and develop the digital communication strategy across all digital touchpoints
  • Develop seasonal content strategy for digital channels (owned and 3rd party) and track its execution & results
  • Support the brand repositioning by developing leading Digital communication experiences
  • Develop E2E yearly Digital Brand/ Editorial Calendar in line with Brand masterplan & commercial targets to be executed holistically across all digital touchpoints
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
  • Act as the partner to Ecom Centre of Excellence to approve content wire frames
  • Discuss with channel owners any new / additional needs in terms of navigation point / pages
  • Develop ROI models to measure and track digital asset performance across multiple channels
  • Co-lead content types A/B testing with channel owners and draw conclusions for constant improvement
  • Deliver leading Digital Events & Brand Experiences to support the Brand repositioning by increasing awareness, relevancy & engagement and to capture new customer target audiences
  • Leading innovative Digital Partnerships

About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree/ Education (Masters / technical IT education is a plus)
  • Min. 8 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting, preferably from retail. Fashion / beauty industry would be an asset
  • Strong understanding and experience with working with CMS, Hybris CMS
  • Strong digital marketing experience (e-commerce & Digital Brand Communication)
  • Strong understanding of Integrated Campaign Planning
  • Analytical & strong knowledge of digital performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of Branding & Creative Direction aesthetics
  • Strong Facilitation & Interpersonal skills
  • Strong Vertical and Lateral management
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
