Your contribution to something big:
As a member of ECM Shared Service team that provides operational support in the area of Engineering Change Management to several locations at Thermotechnology, you will:
- Review and assure the quality of ECR content;
- Coordinate and keep tracking of approvals within the site and cross site approvals;
- Carry out the changes in the local documentation at the implementation phase;
- Create, change and deactivate the Master Data owned by local site at SAP P11 (Material Master, BOM’s and Classification) ensuring completeness and correctness (data quality);
- Release of documents in SAP P11;
- Ensure distribution to local SAP-systems if required.
Qualifications:
What distinguishes you:
- 12th grade or academic degree in Administration, Business or similar;
- Experience and domain of IT Tools as a user;
- Experience in Engineering Change Management and Material Master Data processes, is a plus;
- Good communication skills and fluency in English;
- Good competencies in German, is a plus;
- Assertiveness, methodical and organize working profile.
