FUNCTIONS:
Our client is looking for a talented individual who is looking to join an outstanding organization within the Retail industry
Manage Sales/Commercial activities, develop and monitor projects for a set of current and potential clients.
Build close partnerships with key clients ensuring sustainable growth.
Drive the top line increase in Spain&Portugal, as well as profitability of company business.
Collaborate and align on business needs with Development, Marketing, Customer Service, R&D teams in Madrid.
Analyse market and category trends to come up with proactive concepts and solutions together.
Develop strong relationship with clients.
Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
Strongly valuated an in-depth knowledge of Spanish drugstores market.
Multinational environment exposure with multicultural interaction skills and open mind approach.
Entrepreneurial spirit and result oriented with ability to work autonomously and to take decisions.
Proactive person to open new leads and business opportunities.
Strong communicator with a vast network of connections. Able to transmit relevant information (ideas/concepts) to internally and to external parties.
Client focused with problem solving with strong negotiation skills
Educational Background:
University degree in Business Management, Economics, Chemistry or related studies.
Complementary studies (MBA or similar) are strongly valued.
Languages: Spanish and English fluency is required.
