Working pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends - all will be discussed at interview
People & Culture HR Supervisor. Your role is all about our people and understanding the business. On a daily basis, you will be involved in many areas of People & Culture, which may include coordinating daily plans for staff coverage, supporting employee relations, recruiting, payroll and attendance. You’ll also be expected to work a flexible schedule within our retail environment.

As a Retail Supervisor, whether you are on the sales floor, the cash desks or the fitting rooms, your role is to lead and empower a team to deliver exceptional service to our customers as well as maintaining high standards on the shop floor.
Previous supervisory experience, ideally within retail together with strong leadership skills; attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
