Qualifications and Experience:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Receptionist
  • Have organizational & administration skills
  • Must have own reliable transport
  • Be willing to work overtime
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Be computer literate in MS Office

Key Performance Areas:

  • Receive and refer visitors at Reception at the main entrance of the client Sub-acute & rehab facility
  • Ensure continuous customer service improvement & provision of quality service, care & excellence in the facility
  • Answer telephone calls professionally & accurately & take messages when necessary
  • Dedication to our 3 C’s - develop a sound working relationship with internal & external customers by striving to provide our customers with quality medical care, experience a new face of care, clinical excellence & eventually allowing for optima patient comfort
  • Responsible for Covid-19 screening of staff members as well as for the visitors (forms to be completed & temperatures)
  • Assists the Nursing Services Manager as & when required with various requests eg. Prepare the duty & allocation roster monthly
  • Performs general administration duties eg. Photocopying, completing maintenance requests, filing, typing & orders stationery
