Qualifications and Experience:
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Receptionist
- Have organizational & administration skills
- Must have own reliable transport
- Be willing to work overtime
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Be computer literate in MS Office
Key Performance Areas:
- Receive and refer visitors at Reception at the main entrance of the client Sub-acute & rehab facility
- Ensure continuous customer service improvement & provision of quality service, care & excellence in the facility
- Answer telephone calls professionally & accurately & take messages when necessary
- Dedication to our 3 C’s - develop a sound working relationship with internal & external customers by striving to provide our customers with quality medical care, experience a new face of care, clinical excellence & eventually allowing for optima patient comfort
- Responsible for Covid-19 screening of staff members as well as for the visitors (forms to be completed & temperatures)
- Assists the Nursing Services Manager as & when required with various requests eg. Prepare the duty & allocation roster monthly
- Performs general administration duties eg. Photocopying, completing maintenance requests, filing, typing & orders stationery
