Description
We are looking for a Call center - Team Leader for our client in Dubai.
- Be in charge of running and managing the call center department daily
- Set targets for all other call center agents to meet up with
- Schedule and organize shift patterns for other team members
- Prepare forecasts and budgets for the call center.
- Should have experience in leading a big team or be in charge of the team
- With previous strong background in sales (a must!)/ call center.
- QA Experience
Salary: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- sales in call center: 5 years (preferred)
