We are looking for a Call center - Team Leader for our client in Dubai.

  • Be in charge of running and managing the call center department daily
  • Set targets for all other call center agents to meet up with
  • Schedule and organize shift patterns for other team members
  • Prepare forecasts and budgets for the call center.
  • Should have experience in leading a big team or be in charge of the team
  • With previous strong background in sales (a must!)/ call center.
  • QA Experience

Salary: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • sales in call center: 5 years (preferred)
