The Opportunity

As a Product Owner, you will work within the Marketplace squad who are responsible for the development, enhancement and extension of the Deazy’s marketplace. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to extend their product management experience and accelerate their journey towards product leadership. In this role you will be paired with the CPO, a Product Designer, a Tech Lead, a Delivery Manager and a multi-discipline delivery team to bring this initiative from concept to customer.

The Role

  • Maintain the product vision, roadmap and own the success for your Product area
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog in alignment with business priorities.
  • Create an adequate amount of refined backlog for the delivery team
  • Continuously listen to feedback from your customers / users of your product
  • Design experiments in order to validate product hypotheses and measure the results
  • Work with your squad in defining solutions to business problems
  • Partner with the delivery team on executing the product roadmap, by participating in planning, testing and being the primary point of escalation for the development team
  • Coordinate releases and ensure Definition of Done is followed
  • Dedicated to delivering value in collaborative and psychologically safe way

About you

Required

  • 2 years of experience as Product Owner/ Manager at software company
  • Experience creating web apps with high engagement
  • A basic knowledge/idea of modern software architecture
  • Experience working in discovery and users testing
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced scale up environment

Desired

  • Prior experience in working on B2C digital marketplaces preferable
  • Experience in working with offshore development teams
  • Ideally, you would have worked within an digital agency or management consultancy
  • A good understanding of marketplaces (technology, processes, KPIs) would be a bonus
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
