Role Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES:
MAIN MISSION

Act as the frontline of contact (by phone, my contacts, tickets...) mainly for internal customers and in HR related topics.

Take ownership of each inquiry and manage each request effectively, dispatch and escalate unresolved problems.

DAILY TASKS

  • Provide translations on request and deliver training in HR tools and processes
  • Collaborate and communicate with peers and stakeholders to ensure customer’s satisfaction
  • Deliver operational services under operational scope, on a timely basis, according to defined procedures, respecting quality and compliance:

  • Answer requests from stakeholders according to Process documentation
  • Process confidential data
  • Resolution of non-complex issues
  • Proposals of process improvements
  • Create/Update the FAQ web page.
  • Procedures and operational database maintained & updated
  • Implement and follow up the Group and local rules, policies and procedures, within own domain.
  • Ensure follow-up and implementation of recommendations made by internal auditors, Service Units and Service Line.

PROFILE:

  • University Degree in relevant field
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in German
  • Customer Oriented
  • Comfortable with Customer contact
  • Verbal and Written Communication skills and Initiative
  • Ability to work with digital tools
  • Excel

Nice-to-have skills

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, previous experience in HR or in Customer Services
  • Multitasking: able to manage several topics and to prioritize
  • Previous experience in shared services is a plus
