Expand allStrategic Sourcing

You will work with the TAS and hiring managers to create recruitment briefs that identify key skills, experience, and behaviours required for our roles. You will then manage the recruitment process from end to end, utilising job boards, your sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, and a manager's own network to find the right person for the job. You own the internal communication of all career opportunities, new starters, and promotions, and be the advocate for the employee referral program.Recruitment PartneringHR Generalist

Following the recruitment process, you will liaise with managers and new employees during the onboarding phase, encouraging effective use of our tools to ensure everyone is onboarding properly into their roles, teams, and the World of Red Bull. You are responsible for managing the delivery of our annual training calendar through our training management system and ensuring the completion of mandatory HR courses, the annual engagement survey, and re-signing of the Code of Conduct & policies manual. Finally, you will support the HR BP on employee relations topics including research, meeting preparation, and reporting.HR Team Support

You will be the glue to the HR team, managing the weekly HR Huddle including agenda preparation and pre-work distribution, working with the Head of HR to coordinate offsite, raising purchase orders for department activities, and playing an active role in team projects.

  • Ability to quickly build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Effective written and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels within a business
  • Attention to detail and accuracy; able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or similar HR qualification
