The consumer product specialist is responsible for the full process for all products of the club, from briefing to design to samples, until products are delivered to the sportive team and sold to stores. With the brand, concept and layouts defined together with the Marketing department, the analyst needs to be close and have open conversation with the suppliers, operations team and sporting goods stores, in order to guarantee the productions and deliveries on time for all the assortment.

Expand allBriefing of Collection

Work together with BD Manager, Marketing Team and Suppliers to create the concept for each collection

Investigate industry trends and competitive landscapes to create desired products

Understand club´s tradition, brand history and city elements to enrich briefing

Use sales numbers and companies’ feedback from past collections to guide the briefing

Create a final Briefing presentation together with marketing team to be presented to Suppliers for designApproval Process of Collection

Create a schedule including each phase below to be always on time for the launch of collection:
Receive Designs from Suppliers and give feedback based on briefing

Use Brand Guide to make sure designs are respecting club´s identity

Present designs of collection to BD and Marketing Manager and Sportive Director

Approve Designs to Consumer Products HQ

Coordinate samples from suppliers to be sent to Consumer Products HQ for Approval

Drive quality check on products according to Red Bull standardsInternal and External Presentations

Internal presentation: Divide Internal Presentations in 2 to show the Athletes Journey (products used in each situation: gameday, training, travel, hotel etc.)

External presentation: Prepare a Go to Market with a showroom, to invite Sporting Goods Stores to know the collection to be launchedProduction and Delivery Plan (Internal)

Coordinate with Operations Team the volume needed for the year, divided in 2/3 deliveries (Sportive all categories + Administrative)

Help the Purchase team with the orders to the Factory

Create a delivery plan involving all categories and a schedule according to the needs of products of the sportive team

Make sure the deliveries from the factories are in timeDistribution Strategy and Tracking (External)

Work with sporting goods stores to make sure they have the most important products in their stores/e-commerce

Improve and expand the number of point of sales with Red Bull Bragantino´s products

Track Sales from all channels: Factory to stores, B2B, B2A, Stadium Store, Digital Store

Create a monthly report to present sales and royalties for the team

  • EXPERIENCE

  • 4-7 years of professional experience in FMCG or sports industry environment with valid company culture (football / Serie A experience not mandatory); ideally complementary expertise in Merchandising.
  • International education or other profound intercultural experiences is a major plus.
  • Knowledge, passion and curiosity about Soccer and Sports industry is a major plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication including presentations and reporting skills.
  • Hands-on mentality, drive for results, problem solving attitude.
  • Strong sales focus, "can do" spirit, a team-first attitude, entrepreneurial.
  • Structured, time management, priority setting, dealing with complexity, resilience, relationship management, informing.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Full fluency in English
