Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany in order to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date. Our team is looking for an Authorizations Consultant for the Cloud and on Premise HR IT tools both in operational and project related level to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:

  • Creation and maintenance of authorization roles based on agreed concepts and guidelines;
  • Responsible for the with day-to-day activities in Authorizations within the operational level and maintenance and support;
  • Testing, rollout and documentation of the developed solutions as well as conducting training courses;
  • Participation in audits and risk monitoring;
  • Acting as a bridge between business and IT departments on projects in an international context;
  • Incident management for Authorizations;

Project Related:

  • Coordination of authorization concepts within HR;
  • Requirements analysis and design of authorization concepts and system-specific authorization concepts with project leads and system owners;
  • Support of project managers about the requirements and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Informatics or any comparable technical background;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP HCM (knowledge of all modules PA/OM/PY/PY/ FIORI);
  • Experience in Authorizations topics, both cloud and on premise (is a plus);
  • Very good communication and coordination skills;
  • Experience working with virtual and international teams;
  • Logical, structured, proactive approach to IT solutions;
  • Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment;
  • Proficiency in using MS office tools;
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset.
