Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Active participation in complex, company-wide P&O projects or initiatives; Representative of the business unit(s) and their orientation
  • Advising leaders and leadership teams on the strategic and operational implementation of measures, including team effectiveness, change management, organizational design, performance management, talent, retention and engagement
  • Advice on dealing with diversity, equal opportunities and inclusion at all levels, e.g., the proportion of women and men, LGBTI, equal pay
  • Coaching leaders on team priorities and goals to tie the latter to business purpose and strategy, helping to foster collaboration with other teams, manage in the matrix organization, remove roadblocks and reduce silo thinking overcome
  • Actively contribute to the P&O Community and the P&O Network to work as a leader with internal and external partners and expand P&O's thought leadership
  • Development of organizational designs and plans for customer groups using methods of organizational diagnostics
  • Development of strategy and plan for talent and leadership development.
  • Working with the business unit to drive the talent agenda by creating high-quality succession planning for critical positions/business-relevant roles, development plans for key talent and a talent strategy to develop future leaders
  • Trusting cooperation with the local works council committee
  • Knowledge of 3-5 year business plans and prospects. Creation of strategic workforce plans together with executives and development of an efficient organizational design to enable long-term business strategy.
  • Identifying critical skills needed for the future and creating plans to close skill gaps at organizational and individual levels.
  • Initiating career and development interviews with business leaders to understand expectations and the knowledge and skills required.
  • Drives the culture change agenda across all client group levels in partnership with the People Partner team.

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree, business fluent German and English
