Effective performance management is important to businesses, we are looking for a brilliant _Performance Marketing Analyst _to help Diageo to strengthen the Marketing performance measurement process. You will improve this capability across the company, reporting to the Sr. Data and Intelligence Manager and working with all digital teams and media partners to ensure we are measuring accurately, considering all the sources that allow Diageo to take decisions and actions to optimize our Marketing budget in the short time.

Your mission will be to optimize the media budget integrating all data and business intelligence sources to find opportunities, ideas and insights to improve the important metrics and achieve the business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • You will handle the entire data and reporting, while also advising and giving insight for decision making on A&P investment **- including Digital Media.
  • You will lead periodic routines to *report brand performance campaigns *(Target status, campaign progress, audience performance, recommendation and optimizations).
  • Lead and define *ways of working with multiple teams and partners *to deliver data, drive automated reporting, and accelerate insights capabilities.
  • You will facilitate data engineering activities with the business, working closely with business collaborators to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality data delivery.
  • *Develop a deep understanding of data sets *including social media, statistical survey analysis, among others.
  • *Collect business reporting and analytics needs *, and map data sets, complete source-to-target mapping to facilitate common understanding and discussion between business and data engineering partners.
  • Responsible for *build and maintain visualizations *through tools that help brand managers to review results and access real-time information that allows them to supervise the results and progress of the campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree and passion for media and digital environment.
  • Experience delivering business intelligence solutions and driving measurable growth
  • Confirmed experience working at Business Intelligence, Digital Analytics and Data Architecture and Capability building.
  • Process, analyze and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
  • Understanding and mastering of digital metrics.
  • Analysis of social and digital platforms
  • Experience in supervising digital and social trends
  • Experience in using data visualization tools (e.g., Datorama, Qlikview, Tableau BI Technology - Power BI, Tableau, SAP - and Database Technology - Google Big Query, Teradata, Azure Data Lake, SQL Server, SAP BW, SAP HANA)
  • Website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Social analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree / MBA / Business Intelligence or Analytics Graduate Programs
  • Experience opening / starting the data, business intelligence & analytics capability in CPG or similar companies
