We are the leading delivery player in Iberia. The way we want to grow is to make every city profitable. To reach this goal we need a 360, analytical and results driven person to support our Finance Team in Portugal. The time to market is a crucial factor, so we need a problem-solver person with 100% hands-on attitude and accurate technical skills.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be part of the Portugal Finance Team and help them taking decisions that will shape the future of our business
  • Lead & assist in Reporting tasks (Business Plan, monthly closing, build/audit excel models, etc) at country level
  • Think strategically in order to improve efficiency and profitability by undertaking strategic consulting projects
  • Lead and participate in finance related projects in order to improve our processes and data reliability
  • Work closely with the Portugal Heads to solve any day-to-day issues and ensure a 100% satisfaction of partners and glovers in any topic related to Finance
  • Work with a cross-functional team (operations, supply, sales, data) to ensure a profitable and flawless execution
  • Report into the Portugal Finance Manager
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting or Finance (transactions, controlling, audit, other relevant)
  • Mental curiosity and business sense
  • Ability to quickly adapt and enthusiastically learn new things
  • Results driven, forward looking and out of the box thinking
  • Organization and with strong attention to detail skills
  • Hands-on and autonomous attitude
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in order to help achieve your goals
  • Proficient knowledge of Google or Microsoft Office Tools (Excel/Sheets, PPT/slides)
  • Basic SQL skills (nice to have)- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
