Car Dealer Customer Care Administrator

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Processing of customer complaints

Ensure that calls are answered to defined company standards

Processing and follow up on customer spare part orders

Processing and follow up on estimate requests

Processing and follow up on outsourced repairs

Covering Reception on a rotational basis

Diploma in Customer Care Administration - advantage / +- 2 years’ experience

Very good communication skills

Very good organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and within a team

SAP knowledge will be an advantage
