Job Purpose

This role is part of a small and specialist Resourcing Team operating across our Audit service line. The role reports into the Resourcing Senior Manager and will provide seamless, effective, and proactive administrative support to the Resource Managementteam. The Resourcing Team Administrator will also work collaboratively on a national basis within audit with the Business Support Teams (e.g onboarding, recruitment, HR, Finance etc.) This role is ideal for someone who has an interest in HR, People and/orBusiness Operations looking for work experience, development and with a potential for progression.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Data entry, retrieval, and data base (including resource scheduling system) maintenance
  • Support the co-ordination of onboarding new joiners to the business (including early careers trainees). Working closely with the onboarding team to ensure seamless allocation of People Managers and Buddies
  • Work closely with the internal training teams to ensure all data is received and updated in a timely manner to support with client and business planning
  • Data cleansing
  • Bulk uploading of data
  • Support the annual client planning cycles for each business unit/Resource Manager
  • Supporting overall co-ordination of trainee programmes ensuring a consistent and inclusive approach
  • Adhoc reporting & business intelligence

  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and has an eye for detail
  • Support overall co-ordination of multiple programmes/initiatives ensuring a consistent and inclusive approach
  • Provide effective and accessible information to Resource Managers, highlighting, and addressing any anomalies in data
