Your responsibilities and impact as a Senior IT Recruiter will be:
- Analyzing the recruitment needs to establish a profile and search plan to respond to it
- Developing new sourcing channels
- Advertising open vacancies
- Advising the hiring managers on the market conditions
- Leading & being part of Ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Proficient level of English and Spanish
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment in an international environment
- Experience in IT recruitment focused on SAP/CyberSecurity/Insurance skills would be an asset
- Being positive, adaptable and proactive
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent organization, problem-solving and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
