Your responsibilities and impact as a Senior IT Recruiter will be:

  • Analyzing the recruitment needs to establish a profile and search plan to respond to it
  • Developing new sourcing channels
  • Advertising open vacancies
  • Advising the hiring managers on the market conditions
  • Leading & being part of Ad-hoc projects

Requirements:
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Proficient level of English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment in an international environment
  • Experience in IT recruitment focused on SAP/CyberSecurity/Insurance skills would be an asset
  • Being positive, adaptable and proactive
  • Able to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
