The Vendor Management team is concentrating on the management of the relationship with the Key suppliers of Solvay Digital Technology (DT), representing 65% of total external IT expenses.

Partnership Team mission
DT Vendor Management maximizes value from DT key vendors while establishing, maintaining, and monitoring an effective long-term relationship.
We drive supplier effectiveness by implementing strong governance, identifying megatrends and supporting them.
Develop DT vendor management expertise to enable the organization to reduce risks, drive cost reduction and be the reference within our organization.

The Vendor Management Leader's main missions are:
To establish, maintain, monitor and evaluate vendor relationships. To reduce risks, deliver improvements to vendor performance, drive greater levels of innovation and help to deliver competitive advantages to Solvay IT.
Manage and implement the sourcing roadmap.
To Coordinate DT and group corporate stakeholders like DT product / plateform owner, delivery manager, legal, compliance, data privacy, cyber security during the RFP/contract preparation process and the contract life cycle, to make our Partners and contracts compliant with Group Policy
Support carve out project (power of 2) by managing the key supplier strategy (TSA, split of contract ) and action plan associated.

In particular:
Leverage Vendor Management best practices
Drive Partners innovation and continuous improvement
Manage and improve vendor relationships
Guarantee the vendor performance through establishment of a strong Governance (mirror organization, service review meetings) and Performance management (SLAs in contract, SLAs reported on, effectiveness of improvement plans) with the DT product / plateform owners
Implement the DT sourcing roadmap, and rationalize vendors
Participate in contract terms negotiations (mainly on SLA, compliance, GDPR clauses)
Coordinate Supplier risk management (BCP, DRP, export control )

Qualifications / Skills

Master degree (or similar level of formal qualification) in Purchasing, IS Management or IT engineer
A 5+ year experience in the IS outsourcing project (Infrastructure, Move to Cloud ) or in Purchasing in a IT or technical environment
You have as well a supplier / contract management experience either in Purchasing or IS delivery
You are able to interact within a complex environment, and act as a leader to efficiently animate/challenge internal customers and sourcing team
Good negotiation and communication skills.
