Candidate Attorney - Commercial and Litigation

Requirements:

• Completed matric and law degree
• No criminal record
• Bilingual (English and any other language)
• able and willing to work either remotely or at office
• Debt Collections
• General commercial litigation, i.e. breach of contract, damages, intellectual property infringement
• Drafting and negotiation of contracts and transactions
• Manage and advise corporate clients
• Labour matters
• Intellectual property (registration of trademarks)
• Compliance e.g. Companies Act, POPI
• Contribute to firm marketing efforts by writing articles, attending networking events, developing and maintaining client relationships.
