Requirements:
- Completed matric and law degree
- No criminal record
- Bilingual (English and any other language)
- able and willing to work either remotely or at office
- Debt Collections
- General commercial litigation, i.e. breach of contract, damages, intellectual property infringement
- Drafting and negotiation of contracts and transactions
- Manage and advise corporate clients
- Labour matters
- Intellectual property (registration of trademarks)
- Compliance e.g. Companies Act, POPI
- Contribute to firm marketing efforts by writing articles, attending networking events, developing and maintaining client relationships.
