As HR Assistant you will be managing the daily tasks of a company by providing administrative and clerical support. The duties and responsibilities of the HR department and compliance all policies and procedures, focusing on HR implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ERP HR Module accounts of internal and external clients.
- Manage employee database.
- Responds to queries and concerns with regards to HR activities.
- Prepare memo for documents to be sent for signature.
- HR Implementation and encoding for clients.
- Responsible for uploading of staff attendance.
- Assist in recruitment (Job Posting, CV search).
- Manage on boarding of new employees (Welcome Announcement, IT Account Creation, ERP Training)
- Manage Leave Management (Leave Application, Ticket booking)
- Liaise with PRO for HR related matters (Cancellation, Sponsorship, etc.)
- Prepare earnings and deductions before Monthly payroll.
- Compensation and benefits.
- End of service and exit formalities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 3-years Human resource experience.
