As HR Assistant you will be managing the daily tasks of a company by providing administrative and clerical support. The duties and responsibilities of the HR department and compliance all policies and procedures, focusing on HR implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ERP HR Module accounts of internal and external clients.
  • Manage employee database.
  • Responds to queries and concerns with regards to HR activities.
  • Prepare memo for documents to be sent for signature.
  • HR Implementation and encoding for clients.
  • Responsible for uploading of staff attendance.
  • Assist in recruitment (Job Posting, CV search).
  • Manage on boarding of new employees (Welcome Announcement, IT Account Creation, ERP Training)
  • Manage Leave Management (Leave Application, Ticket booking)
  • Liaise with PRO for HR related matters (Cancellation, Sponsorship, etc.)
  • Prepare earnings and deductions before Monthly payroll.
  • Compensation and benefits.
  • End of service and exit formalities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 3-years Human resource experience.
