We mainly deal with patients who require biologics/specialty medications used in the treatment of chronic medical conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, urticaria, ulcerative colitis, and many others.

- Duties and Responsibilities_
- Providing excellent customer service
- Entering patient and prescription information into Kroll
- Understanding and completing third party adjudication
- Troubleshoot all billing errors
- Assisting in coordination of deliveries - switched order of these two
- Ensure all copayments are charged and collected
- Provide pharmacy team with medication totals for upcoming delivery before cut off time to ensure we have appropriate stock
- Other duties as assigned
- Job Requirements_
- Proficient in Kroll order entry and third party adjudication/billing (minimum 2 years of experience)
- Retail or community pharmacy experience (minimum 2 years of experience)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Effective organizational skills and excellent time management skills with the proven ability to multi-task
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently in an effective and efficient manner
- Detail oriented with the ability to work under mínimal supervision
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Waterloo, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
