  • Duties and Responsibilities_
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Entering patient and prescription information into Kroll
  • Understanding and completing third party adjudication
  • Troubleshoot all billing errors
  • Assisting in coordination of deliveries - switched order of these two
  • Ensure all copayments are charged and collected
  • Provide pharmacy team with medication totals for upcoming delivery before cut off time to ensure we have appropriate stock
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Job Requirements_
  • Proficient in Kroll order entry and third party adjudication/billing (minimum 2 years of experience)
  • Retail or community pharmacy experience (minimum 2 years of experience)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Effective organizational skills and excellent time management skills with the proven ability to multi-task
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently in an effective and efficient manner
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work under mínimal supervision

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Waterloo, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
