You are a Rockstar HR Business Partner with Global Experience, and as a member of the People Team, you partner with our business leaders to help them achieve their strategic business goals and further the identification and development of talent across the company.

As a Global HR Business Partner, you will become an integral part of the Human Resources team, partnering with our leaders to have a significant business impact. You are a dynamic, hands-on, experienced HR Business Partner that will help us grow our innovative and unique culture while we scale and grow as a company. In addition, you will be managing multiple projects simultaneously in our efforts to develop our People programs and excite and retain our employees. International experience is a must for this position.

Your Day to Day:

  • Build partnerships with department leaders, managers, and individual contributors within our offices and teams across the company
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team on organizational change initiatives, people and performance-related programs, employee engagement, and communication
  • Lead coaching and feedback efforts related to people and performance, and make recommendations based on your past experiences, best practices, and data
  • Assess departmental health and effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assess training needs to design and implement training programs
  • Ensure local legal compliance in applicable people-related policies and program
  • Availability to travel to our different offices across the country

You Have & You Know-how:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources or related field (Management, Legal)
  • 8+ years of applicable HR Business Partner experience in a multinational environment
  • Demonstrated ability to scale processes and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated international experience (US, EMEA, and APAC), required
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, processes, and systems
  • Ability to use data and best practices to think critically, problem-solve, and recommend solutions

You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team.
