FUNCTIONS: Responsablities: - Develop Company brands on Amazon to deliver Sell-In P&L targets. - Develop JBP with Amazon to deliver Sell-Out targets using various levers like promotions, DSP, portfolio optimization etc. - Track and manage operational performance KPIs (LBB, ASP, Net PPM, Lead times, Chargebacks ) on Amazon, and analyse data as part of continuous improvement process. - Manage relationship with Local team to develop a growth strategy and deliver on the VIP. - Work closely with marketing & sales teams on designing the sales and selection strategy, drive best-in-class Customer and Seller experience and maximize revenue growth. - Develop the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning (promotions, launches, special activities etc) and implement, track and report activities. - Manage forecast for 3 busines units internally with key stakeholders. - End-to-end operational responsibilities and daily tasks on Amazon (order management with CS team, NPD Listing, operational issues). - Manage key accounts of other pure eComm players. - Be comfortable using on daily basis multiple business intelligence tools: Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Marketing Services, Microstrategy, Flywheel, Seelk etc to provide insights and deliver growth. - Work with the PAN-EU eCommerce team and local marketing teams to deploy/manage eComm assets and contents online across key retailers. - Be an expert of e-commerce best practices. Coach and transfer expertise to Account Managers internally to ensure e-retail forms part of their retail plans. - Lead Business Development initiatives to create new partnerships and opportunities with key pure eComm players. Requirements: - Business/Engineering bachelor and Amazon experience is required (preferable 2 years as KAM/BDM on Amazon Vendor/Seller). - Comfortable using BI Tools (Amazon Vendor Central, AMS, Flywheel etc.). - Excel advanced. - English & Spanish fluent (working language is English).
