We are looking for a Strategic financial projects manager to join our team!

Our *MATERI'ACT *activity is looking for a Strategic financial projects manager for its site based in Lyon.

The main missions of the role are:

  • Understand strategic issues and lable associated objectives
  • Formulate business benefits via financial analysis
  • Articulate issues in a clear and simplified manner
  • Locate stakeholders and contributors (in-hourse / external)
  • Identify develiverables
  • Anticipate risks and dependenceis
  • Set-up budget, milestones and organization
  • Hold her/himself as well as other stakeholders accountable for milestones and deliverables
  • Lead corrective actions implementation and follow up throughout the organization
  • Anticipate consequences on the organization and lead change management

Qualifications:

  • Master degree
  • Business School and/or Engineering background with Masters Degree in Finance
  • Minimum 5/10 years experience preferrably including a big four or consulting background
  • Comprehensive understanding of Financial Statements (P&L, CFS, BS) and processes (P2P, OTC, Costing )
  • Team Management and international projects experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage uncertainty and resist to stakeholder pressure
  • Good negotiation skills and arbitration abilities
  • Ability to invent and implement effective changes to improve performance
  • Fluent in 2 languages including english
