Human Resource Assistant
The duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct induction training of new employees by providing Induction information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering other payroll information
- Monitor training records to ensure compliance with regard to staff training for manual handling, HACCP, health and safety etc.
- Provide administrative support on HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Ensure queries to the HR mailbox are addressed and/or escalated in a timely manner
- Data entry, maintenance and updating of current information on employee files and on the HR system
- Support the full employee on-boarding and off-boarding experiences for new joiners and leavers
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from staff
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, employee handbooks, updated company policies and procedures etc.
- Ensure the relevant HR databases are up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Ensure Employee files are up to date and monitored on a regular basis
- Educated to degree level in HR, Business or related field, or relevant experience
- Previous HR administration experience would be ideal
- Familiar with human resource policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
