  1. Employer Branding (70%)
  2. Planning of building and communicating the recruitment branding.
  3. Propose communication ideas/campaigns to build recruitment brand on social networks, increase awareness of recruitment brand.
  4. Monitor and optimize the performance of related social media channels, market updates, trends.

  5. Coordinating in building and participating in corporate culture development activities to attract and retain employees.

  6. Recruitment (30%)

  7. Manage and execute the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.
  8. Be responsible for job posting and data management on the recruitment online system.
  9. Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
  10. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  11. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting report.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resource Management, or related fields is required.
  • At least 02 years of experience in Employer Branding/Sourcing/Digital Marketing.
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media.
  • Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus.
  • Fluent in English communication (verbal & written expression).
  • Flexible mindset, creative, result oriented.
  • Experience in recruiting in a tech company is an advantage.
