We are looking for a talented Head of DevOps to drive our DevOps strategy, that is not server based but a product based holistic approach. You will lead our software teams in the planning, implementation and management of our software development operations to ensure the success and implementation of all DevOps processes.
This role and the team will be located in Lisbon (hybrid flexible work model). We are looking for someone who is humble, hungry and smart; with a strong track record in an integrative DevOps role between product and technology teams at product-led growth companies.

What you will do:
- Drive our internal DevOps paradigm and culture, looking at all the products we deliver to our customers and how to track, monitor and alert them end to end;
- Organize our DevOps team structure and talent needs;
- Develop and implement our DevOps roadmap, including continuous integration and delivery, automated testing, and infrastructure automation with a heavy focus on altering and monitoring strategies;
Work within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver an infrastructure that better serves our product and engineering needs, advocating for best practices.

What you will bring:At least 8+ years of experience in DevOps field, including 3+ years as Head of DevOps or a similar position leading high-performing teams (ideally with 10+ people);
- Solid background as a backend developer, ideally in Java, Golang or.NET;
- Experience with automation processes, security technologies and tools (such as CI/CD flows, Git, Ansible or Terraform);
- Familiar with telecom technologies and architecture (such as IMS architecture, HLR/HSS, DRA or STP);
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and spoken), with a self-motivated and autonomous mindset.
