* What you’ll be doing...

  • Completing GCO & VIA Audit Remediations.
  • Providing Security Awareness Training.
  • Overseeing Contract Management.
  • Providing SRP/URL management.
  • Managing Communications.
  • Managing Global Clearance Submissions.
  • Completing Site Security Reviews.
  • Providing Cyberattack and Security incident Support.
  • Providing Travel Security Support.
  • Completing Monthly Partner Security Reviews.
  • Documenting processes/workflows to identify gaps and provide process enhancement recommendations.
  • Assessing current and potential risks based on the potential financial, legal and reputation impacts to the company and assisting with designing and implementing controls to improve monitoring, financial performance and transactional accuracy.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations communicating monitoring efforts, risks mitigated, and the potential impacts of unmitigated risks to management. Asist with frequent ad hoc reporting to enhance existing information and further investigations.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience in Call Center.
  • Experience in operational Compliance, business controls.
  • Experience in Project management.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of risk frameworks and compliance standards (Sarbanes Oxley, SOC 1, COSO, NIST, ISO, COBIT).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment.
  • Ability of proactive identification of risks and ability to propose solutions.
  • Experience in using data analytic tools (ACL, Tableau).
  • Experience in Telecommunications.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analytics and presentation.
