Designer / Project Coordinator

Understand client’s requirements through design brief or meeting.

• Propose conceptualize design mood images, space planning, creative solutions and design proposal.
• Produce construction layout plans and construction detailed drawings.
• Produce presentation for design proposal.
• Coordinate and produce construction drawings/ shop drawings and details are reviewed before submission for client’s approval.
• Coordinate and ensure that project deliverables are met and ensure smooth handover or sites.
