Understand client’s requirements through design brief or meeting.
- Propose conceptualize design mood images, space planning, creative solutions and design proposal.
- Produce construction layout plans and construction detailed drawings.
- Produce presentation for design proposal.
- Coordinate and produce construction drawings/ shop drawings and details are reviewed before submission for client’s approval.
- Coordinate and ensure that project deliverables are met and ensure smooth handover or sites.
