JOB DESCRIPTION:
Purpose:

  • Train new starters in Operations (System, Processes, best practices etc)
  • in an efficient way for them to be able to complete their tasks and meet their given targets. Facilitate and reduce the Learning curve where possible- Ensure that existing executives are up to date on the latest information on systems, processes, soft skills, and best practices. Delivered through Face to Face courses, webinars, and e-courses. Documentation of the same (Manual, Training Material, Tests, DYK newsletter, etc.) Ensure that the teams understand them

Accountabilities:
- Ensure that teams are well trained on all the items mentioned previously- Planning, organizing, preparing, and delivering of learning sessions for Operations staff- Material (manuals, videos, and e-courses) creation and maintain them updated- Communications with departments on news, protocols, and changes

Challenges:
- Prioritize own tasks in a changing company environment and varying (ad-hoc) requests (varying priorities, new tools, business needs etc)- Achieve training goals despite attendees’ limited time to attend- Gathering and structuring any information necessary to deliver a high-quality training experience- Overcome and work with particularities and work in a global team toward a streamlined high-level learning experience- Diplomatic change management attitude when confronting different corporate cultures or system/process peculiarities.
