At Talkdesk, the Web Team is based on multidisciplinary expertise to build the next generation of digital user experiences. We combine the creativity of our UI UX designers, along with the programmatic magic from developers, as well as the strategic SEO minds, to deliver personalized experiences with custom content that engages our user audiences. Responsabilities:

  • Responsible for managing and handling communications with company stakeholders, from the Marketing organization and other departments
  • Ability to communicate structure in ambiguous situations and effectively implement and govern Website delivery processes
  • Developing stakeholder relationships that promote engagement and clarity for website deliverables
  • Onboarding new stakeholders on the current process supporting their adoption, and recommend optimization of existing process
  • Contribute to our stakeholder self-service knowledge base
  • Assist stakeholders with documenting their needs and collaboratively define the scope for the web strategy team (target audience, goal, how it is going to be used, what are the functionalities, how it will be updated, what is the linkage with other web areas)
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our stakeholders to achieve their goals

Collaborator for the Web Strategy team:

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong experience managing projects that entail complex technology design, development, and integration efforts.
  • Liaising with the manager/web strategy leads to ensure the best resource is allocated to the projects.
  • Serve as the communication point of contact between internal/external teams to keep all parties informed of project updates, decisions, actions, issues, and risks.
  • Work very closely with the Digital design, Development, Content, Localization, Personalization and SEO teams to deliver the best outcomes. Planning, validating, and unblocking tasks managed on a daily basis.
  • Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to different processes and workflows.
  • Observe, measure and Improve processes
  • Manage to tight deadlines with ease, and able to work on multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment

Requirements:

  • English both written and spoken advanced level
  • Certified in Project Management (nice to have)
  • Exposure to modern technical development methods (Agile, LEAN, etc.)
  • Familiar with Task / Project Management Platforms (Jira preferred)
  • Exposure to CMS (Content Management System) such as WordPress
  • Exposure to collaboration platforms (Slack or other)
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel or other data management software
  • Ability to analyze utilization data to assist with resource planning, allocation and optimization
  • Ability to negotiate scope, timelines and deliverables with stakeholder at all levels of the enterprise
