About the role...

  • The day-to-day operations include monthly billing and any required reporting in accordance with the agreements we have in place, as well as monthly management of the Azure billing.
  • Provide first class Customer Support to our clients and also liase with the internal teams.
  • Work with the Client Support and Account Managers to ensure that we have client purchase orders to enable monthly Azure billing in a timely manner - this includes tracking and keeping a report updated as to the status of these.
  • Completing our AWS billing each month which will include providing our distributor a report with all client details completed each month.
  • Work with our Country Manager and Account Managers in growing our AWS Practice in NZ, this will include attending training, building relationships with distributors and AWS, potentially assisting to manage pipeline
  • Microsoft CSP Support for New Zealand - this will include but not be limited to:

  • CSP quoting guidance
  • Enabling customers with Insight CSP platforms/tools
  • Managing day to day NZ Insight CSP platform enquiries internal/external
  • Assisting customers to move from other Microsoft agreements to CSP
  • Covering the Insight AU CSP business when AU team members are on leave
  • Participate in Microsoft education sessions to stay on top of current CSP offering
