IT Performance Management Product Owner

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for an* IT Performance Management Product Owner *to work in this project in Lisbon.

What are we looking for?

  • 10+ years of professional experience in IT activities;
  • Good Knowledge of IT Processes and Networking Skills;
  • Project Management skills;
  • Previous experience in team management and project management (AGILE);
  • Ability to define relevant performance indicators;
  • Good capability of managing stress and conflicts;
  • Experience in planning work ahead and ability to prioritize workload;
  • General knowledge of IT and specifically in the BI area;
  • Ability to be systematic, critical and have a logical thinking;
  • Fluent in English and French is mandatory;

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the performance management system (PMS) for the entire IT team;
  • Integrate the group's requests and manage the deployment within the IT department;
  • Organize the implementation and maintenance of the IT department portal that integrates the dashboards necessary for IT steering;
  • Produce reference documents or collect and consolidate those produced by IT stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the governance of the IT department by instructing and animating the regional governance committees and ensure the follow-up with the Regional CIOs;
  • Contribute to the Strategic Committees of Information Systems and will ensure their follow-up every 18 months;
  • Manage the IT Survey of the IT Department;
  • Ensure data quality and continuous improvement of IT Dashboard;
  • Manage steering indicators and propose actions to maximize the value of the IT Dashboard, respecting objectives and service commitments;
  • This professional will also work closely with the Corporate IT organization and will have contact with all countries.
