We are hiring Store Keeper for our Saudi Branch

Salary Package: SAR 7,000/

  • Job Description:
    Purchase Order
  • Send supplier’s details and documents to the accounting department to be added to supplier registry
  • Initiate PO on the system and take necessary approval according to company policy
  • Follow-up PO on the system till taking all necessary approvals as per company policy

Delivery

  • Communicate with storage & related department with delivery time & dates
  • Ensure receiving the related Invoices & documents for purchased items
  • Ensure receiving needed items in a proper shape and as per agreed specs
  • Follow-up and communicate with suppliers for any comments on purchased items and delivery back for any defects.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents along with Accounting Department and Clearance Officer before approval from Gov. Authority
  • Arrange and Follow-up with Shipping Company & Clearance officer regarding our shipment & its delivery
  • Coordinate with Construction & Operation Team regarding the reception of upcoming shipments.

Others

  • Upload Invoices of Services Providers (Labors, Security, House Keeping and Pest Control) to the system and create Pos for it)
  • Offer professional help to other teams in related sections to ensure business continuity
  • Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
  • Reviews inventory status and Inform Purchase Section to take necessary actions to maintain stock levels
  • Reviews Received orders and ensure its alignment with PO, invoice, numbers and quality needed.
  • Informs Purchase section about any deviations between received orders and Invoice & PO
  • Ensures proper dismissal/exchange equipment & inventory and ensure employee signature.
  • Audits on operations on what is spent comparing with sales to ensure company rights
  • Develop frequent reports to be submitted to direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives.
  • Offer professional help to other teams in to ensure business continuity

Salary: ﷼7,000.00 per month
