Requirements:
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and support team members to achieve their best
Experience with, crms and customer service software and tools
Fluent or native speaker of north american english language
A natural personality that is friendly, assertive & bold
Proficient using computers and web based systems
Past experience making outbound phone calls
Bonus (but not required) - prior real estate outbound calling & appointment setting experience

2+ years of experience in phone sales, with a proven track record of achieving performance goals
2+ years of experience leading and managing teams in a sales or customer service environment
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of isa agents to achieve and exceed performance goals
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase productivity, and improve customer satisfaction
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Maintain a positive and productive team culture and foster teamwork and collaboration
Entering detailed notes and updates into crm system
Live transfers to real estate agents or mortgage consultants
Frequent script practices with team
