Description
The main responsibilities are:
Ensure all equipment is maintained to standards to reduce down time, and increase productionInstall, calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain the following equipment: PLC, data transfer via Serial; Data Highway+ and Ethernet protocols. Ultrasound, Radar, and probe type level measurement devices; magnetic, DP, Reflex and mechanical type flow measurement devices; pneumatic, electro-hydraulic actuated control valves; variable frequency drives; AD to DC rectifiers; low voltage control systems; and fiber opticsResponsible for suggesting improvements to the automated linesProfile
B.S in Engineering or related field. 5+ years experience working as a instrumentation engineer/technician. Proven experience working with various computerized control systems and instruments. Proficient in understanding loop diagrams, instrument data/spec sheets and PID Diagrams. Experience with analyzer systems is a strong plus. Advanced English is a must.
