Description
Funções:
- Atender o cliente, presencialmente, na Receção do Golfe do resort;
- Efetuar o check-in do cliente para que possa iniciar o jogo;
- Esclarecer dúvidas dos clientes e promover uma boa experiência no resort;
- Confirmar as reservas junto de parceiros / operadores turísticos;
- Participar na organização dos eventos e competições de golfe do resort.
Perfil e requisitos:
- Domínio da língua inglesa (falada e escrita);
- Experiência profissional em funções semelhantes (preferencial);
- Gosto pelo contacto com o público e atenção ao cliente;
- Capacidade de trabalho em equipa;
- Dinamismo, pro-atividade e compromisso;
- Não é necessário ter conhecimentos prévios de golfe, pois será dada formação.
Condições:
- Formação inicial de golfe;
- Subsídio de línguas e abono de falhas;

- Horário de trabalho diurno, por turnos;

Profile and requirements:
- Domain of the English language (spoken and written);
- Work experience in similar roles (preferred)
- I like contact with the public and customer service;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Dynamism, pro-activity and commitment;
- It is not necessary to have prior knowledge of golf as training will be provided.
