Requisitos:
We wish to link to our team, bilingual professional with minimum experience of 4 years as a purchasing and imports analyst in technology companies (hardware and software), who will be in charge of leading the process within the company, ensuring compliance with the established times.

Actividades a realizar:

  • Manage, carry out and validate acquisitions and outsourcing of services.
  • Maintain updated the company's supplier database and credits with them.
  • Search and negotiate with new suppliers.
  • Lead and coordinate the distribution of merchandise to customers, and actively participate in the company's logistics processes.
  • Make a documentary record of purchases and deliveries made.
  • Report the cost provisions on a monthly basis to the Accounting Manager.
  • Comply with the dates indicated in the processes of accounting closings and delivery of information.
  • Evaluate suppliers before making a purchase decision, continuously looking for the best price in the market.
  • Coordinate and follow up import processes.
  • Among others related to the position.
