Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sr. Staffing Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, fostering business relationships, and driving revenue growth with ttg Talent Solutions.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities within the staffing industry.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique staffing needs and challenges.- Create and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions to clients.- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.- Continuously analyze and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience).- Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably within the staffing industry.- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.- Knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes is a plus.
