Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Follow a script to introduce products or services and highlight their benefits.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and address them appropriately.
  • Tailor sales pitches to match the needs of individual prospects.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches to encourage prospects to make a purchase.
  • Accurately record customer information and sales details in the CRM system.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and sales techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus).
  • Experience: Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and objections.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
