Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Follow a script to introduce products or services and highlight their benefits.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and address them appropriately.
- Tailor sales pitches to match the needs of individual prospects.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to encourage prospects to make a purchase.
- Accurately record customer information and sales details in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and sales techniques.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus).
- Experience: Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and objections.
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
