Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Management:

  • Create, format, and edit documents using MS Word with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.

  1. Data Management:

  • Utilize MS Excel to manage and organize data efficiently.
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets.
  • Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required.

  1. Office Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-maintained.

  1. Administrative Support:

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, handling mail, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.

Prior experience in office coordination or administration is preferred.
